Instrumentation & Controls and Computer Systems Program

About this project

The department-wide, $320 million design installation and maintenance of a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system provided the ability to control and monitor coverage areas from centrally located control rooms.

Sigma was the design/build/maintain consultant for the integrated distributed control and SCADA systems for both the Treated Water Transmission System (TWTS) and Waste Water Collection System (WWCS). The TWTS and WWCS included five High Lift Pump Stations at five water treatment plants, more than 400 remote sites, and at the wastewater treatment plant and lift stations.
