Project Summary:
Extensive field and office investigations were performed by Sigma to assess existing conditions and to establish priority needs for improvements, inclusive of probable construction costs and duration required for the rehabilitation improvements to the reservoirs. A total of 29 reservoirs were studied in the program which included eleven semi-underground concrete reservoirs, twelve underground concrete reservoirs, and six above-ground steel reservoirs.
