Project Summary:
This design/build project for the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department involved the replacement of existing radio communications systems used by 42 departments of the City of Detroit including Police, Fire, EMS, Information Technology, and Water and Sewerage with a new single, common, state-of-the-art analog/digital trunked 800 MHz radio communications system and telecommunications backbone network. Sigma provided engineering, design, construction, installation, testing, and maintenance of the telecommunications system and related equipment.
