Sigma uses an integrated QA/QC system where the QA (independent review team) interacts with the QC (design staff procedures) throughout the project’s duration. We approach QA/QC by systematically defining the project requirements, identifying the most appropriate work procedures, and rigorously monitoring the work flow from project inception to completion, while complying with all appropriate laws, codes, regulatory rules, standards, and other matters of public policy.
